SkillBid is an escrow-first freelancing platform built to protect both clients and freelancers through structured workflows, transparent records, and fair dispute handling.
Clients can pay using PayPal, bank transfers, card transactions, and M-Pesa for East African and African clients. Funds are held securely in escrow and released only after approved delivery.
Clients may request up to three revisions through a dedicated review panel without direct chat. Submissions can be previewed, notes added, and additional materials attached for clarity.
Refunds are always available, including after the first submission. While SkillBid encourages amicable resolution through revisions, client protection comes first. Refund disputes are reviewed within 24–48 hours, with final refund timing depending on bank or payment provider processing. Applicable service fees may apply.
