Yes. SkillBid supports refunds even after initial submission, depending on the dispute review outcome and provider processing timelines.
Disputes are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Final settlement timing depends on the payment provider/bank processing time.
KES and USD are supported. International clients can pay by card and their bank handles conversion. Payouts are processed via M-Pesa (Kenya).
